If you haven't ever sent a transcript from ACE, you might not have received this email, per the first line: You are receiving this email because you have previously ordered a transcript from the ACE Registry and Transcript System for workplace training or courses.

So if you haven't ever requested a transcript, you might not be in this batch of emails? Or they may or may not ever send an email.

That would explain the lack of email for me. I've never requested a transcript through them.
