I completed my associates degree through TESU and recently enrolled in the Bachelor program. I will need another 60 credits to complete the degree (BSBA in marketing). I believe I can take many of my remaining classes through study.com (or similiar) and transfer them without issue. But I'm worried because many of my credits for the associates degree were through transfer credit (~35-40). Would those credits also count towards the max transfer credit amount?
I appreciate your thoughts...
Transfer from where?

It appears you would just have to enroll by March and get your transcripts submitted. See the two bullet points and their heading above it. However, TESU can be confusing so you should confirm before enrolling.
