"It's not about evaluation or why they have ECTS, and I'm not talking about transfer to American Universities. Eneb claims that their credits can/could be transferred within Europe, but so far we know that it cannot.
German universities don't accept Propio, and neither does Isabel. Not sure about other European Universities, but from what I have read, propio degree is specifically designed to prepare a student for the workforce, not to continue with studies.
I'd still recommend Eneb regardless of any evaluation or transferability."
True.... In essence, it serves the same purpose here in the US as it does in Spain so it is worth it as a standalone non-accredited Masters for its price. I'll put it in the category of a Coursera or other MOOC course but with a more academic structured status.
