I can also recommend free code camp. I personally conversed with Quincy on several occasions and write for them, though these days I've been very busy. We have a lot of stuff coming up and unlike most other projects its ever changing. Tell her to do free code camp. If all she plans to do is web "coding" then any degree will do, if she especially focuses on the front end development then no degree is required. Since she already has one she can pick up front end dev easily.
If she wants to work in AI or Embedded Systems or something where you need real CS knowledge, then she will need to look at a degree, other than that she'll be fine...
