No, TESU won't count it towards the GPA. But any graduate school that wants to know your GPA before admission will count it. Example: let's say that you only needed 3 classes total to get a degree: discrete math, cornerstone, capstone. You get a 3.0/B in discrete math and transfer it to TESU where you get a 4.0 in your capstone and cornerstone. Your GPA at TESU will be 4.0. But then you apply to a grad program and send them all of your transcripts. For purposes of admission to this grad program, your GPA is 3.67.
