Their model like the University of Phoenix was just to max out student loans from students and strap them with a lot of debt. Then a lot of them couldn't repay the loan and thus their delinquency rate went too high.
I'm aware, but I posted that because every time for-profit issues are mentioned, somehow, someway, ITT gets weaved into the conversation. Almost never fails.
