OP - Are you working? Do you have tuition assistance or reimbursement? If you're paying out of pocket, the cheapest, easiest, fastest option would be the UMPI BA History. It's competency based, so it all depends on how fast you can complete the courses, if you finish the 10 courses or so in two terms, your degree will cost $5400, you can transfer in 90 credits from ACE sources such as Sophia.org/Study.com
One more thing, RA = Regionally Accredited, so that means anything that is a course from a college/university or institute that has RA. ACE is not RA but recommended for credit (Alternative credit through testing, or classes). I would just spend some time looking/reading through posts and also the Wiki (in my signature).
