So the first email is from the reply from the admissions chat (when they weren't open) - registration@southtexascollege.edu
and they confirmed when they received my transcripts and the date, the coordinator of enrollment services (Hector Cerda) who informed me that it might take over 3 weeks is hcerda1@southtexascollege.edu.
Granted my transcripts were received over 2 weeks ago (almost 3 weeks), so I'm assuming it might take an additional 3 weeks from the point of when I received the reply if I don't see an update next week.
