If you want to avoid math, then go for an IT degree or business admin degree with a concentration in IT.
The cheapest degree would be UMPI's BA business admin IT & project management degree which should cost $2800.
Purdue Global has an IT degree which would cost around $8400

SNHU is cheap for a U.S. student which has a full Pell Grant as it would only be $3000 per year. SNHU will accept up to 90 credits of transfer though it's hard to map out enough credits to maximize the transfer.
