This is what I recommend you to do, take all the courses you can with alternative credits for now, skip the TECEP altogether. When it's your time to take the courses at TESU, take two terms of flat-rate tuition as it would again be much cheaper than 1 year of tuition at an instate institution ($3,579 x 2 = $7,158). Essentially, it's cheaper than someone out of state who has to pay 3 courses (cornerstone/2 capstones) and the waiver fee = total $7,863, and you get to have graded credits just in case you're going to a more selective graduate program.
Further to that, it'll allow you to take more of the required courses for the Bachelors Computer Science degree, thus allowing the student to learn the subject matter more than just taking the quick way out with the alternative credits with Study.com - Moreover, you're getting two degrees for this price, you can't beat that with another state school in NJ. What you should do now is to focus on required courses for the BSBA CIS and work on those, skip anything else that may deter you, do the CS degree after one degree is completed but graduate them both.
Last but not least, you should take 12 credits or 13 for the first term, and the two capstones along with a final course for the last term. In total, two terms for that price can be dropped even lower if you qualify for financial aid... You can apply for FinAid/Pell Grant and can pretty much get this at a debt free price, without needing to take out loans. I'll link you to my BSBA JAN 2021, you should update it to reflect the changes on the catalog and then paste your updated corrections to a reply with a link or have a pdf attachment... We can correct any mistakes if we discover them...
