@jamar410, why do you only have a month to complete 21 credits? I would email Excelsior and see if they accept the Saylor or Study.com, Saylor is just one exam, if you prep for it, you should be able to do it in a few days, it's roughly 40-50 hours of study time for each of their courses. If you want a quick run down, it may be easier to quickly skim through the Saylor course content and do a practice test, then the final.
