ASU to Launch a Free Global Initiative and enroll 100 million students

You can take each class pass/fail, but in order to earn credit, it must be taken for a grade. Along with personal reflections and writing assignments, each course will have a midterm and final exam.

According to Laura Polk:

There is not an “application” for the 15 credit certificate.  However, you do need to register for the program and fully complete the 5 courses within the certificate program for the certificate.

You can't use any undergraduate courses toward the graduate certificate and vice versa (according to Laura Polk)

The 5 graduate courses will need to be completed and passed to achieve the graduate certificate.  The undergraduate courses will need to be completed and passed to achieve the undergraduate certificate.
