You do not need to have any sort of degree to complete these programs. If I recall correctly, you can do the graduate level courses, but can not convert them for credit if you do not have a bachelor’s degree. So you should be able to start anytime, then convert after your degree.

They seemed to be unclear on when everything would roll out. I got the impression that the graduate level courses were rolling out first. Maybe someone else caught more info on that.

I am pretty sure you can do all of them, if you choose to do so.
