For those looking to "entertain" themselves and "learn" the basics to Business Admin/Management... 
You may want to try taking a degree from them, I think this is the cheapest it's gone!
In addition to what's mentioned on the Wiki for US recognition, they've got EU recognition as well.

How many transfer credits (graduate level) do you think they will accept?
 Do you also have a link of what university in the USA accept its? 


Is it also practical to get an MBA if you have a BSBA? Or better switch it to a Master’s?

Is this for yourself or a family member? What do you currently have, a BSBA from where? It all depends what you're looking for. If you have previous graduate credits at the MBA or Masters level, ENEB will take a couple of courses for transfer as long as it's deemed equivalent.

I took the 3 ENEB programs not for transfer purposes, but for learning and preparing for graduate studies in those particular areas of concentration at a more Management/Leadership level, seeking extra credit was secondary for me... For yourself, you can see what US schools interest you and ask them.
