You don't need an actual certificate to list a certificate on your resume (I know that sounds silly, but I think you know what I mean!
) so I don't see that as a big problem. Also, I disagree with the others above me. With a little color, I really like that certificate design.
The customer support issue is concerning however. It's a good thing that they decided to make the certificates permanently free, or that would be absolutely infuriating.
