For virtually the same price as the Georgia Tech offering mentioned earlier, the U of Texas - Austin is a very good program. I usually recommend people to apply to both Georgia Tech and U of Texas - Austin as both programs are highly ranked (almost always equal to each other, not only in ranking, price, but quality of content, instruction, etc).
