Carolina University has been mentioned on the forum. For the price, one can go to an RA MBA program. There are MBA programs that are even less and RA. $15K a year for 24 credits at an NA school is not exactly cheap.

I'm not sure where you're getting $15k from, it's $9k for the whole MBA.

It says $15,700 which includes a $750 international fee which may or may not apply depending on the student.
