According to the grading rubric they sent me after I enrolled, a 100% is an A+, a 95-99% is an A, and a 90-94% is an A-, where (it doesn't say this, but I would think this is how it works as it does at other colleges) an A- is a 3.7, a B+ is a 3.3, a B is a 3.0, a B- is a 2.7 etc etc.

I never received a 100 on an exam and still have a couple of A+. The final grade all depends on the professor. As far as the grade point average, that's determined by UMPI.
