I don't think so. I think the man you're talking about, who worked at the school where he earned many degrees, was Michael Nicholson and he had about 29 degrees, most at Master's level. All at the same school, I believe while working there, in maintenance jobs. Free tuition was a benefit. He did his job, used the benefit, completed the degrees - so why should / how could they stop him? He's here:

I was talking about another guy. I don't remember any school jobs on his CV. I don't believe he listed ANY jobs in the last 18 years. He got about 8 associates at a local Junior College (CC), several more at each of two others then a bunch of Bachelors and Masters at all kinds of known RA schools. I didn't give this other guy's name. I think he's the kind who might come after someone, nuisance lawsuits etc.
