A typical course we recommend here on Degree Forum is 20hrs or less for a course that isn't math or science.
This is how people are able to do an entire bachelor's degree in 6-12 months.
Where do you come up with 100 hours for butt-in-seat?
3 credits x 3 hours a week = 9 hours a week
9 hours a week x 15 week = 45 hours
Are you including homework time?
I spent much more than 20 hours on many of my classes UMPI. Some Sophia classes were less. The dreaded Eng Comp was definitely far more than 20 hours.
