Have a Masters, can I transfer credit for BS?

I wonder could someone do one of ENEB's Masters degrees and have those hours count as part of the 24 credit hour requirement to finish up a Bachelors degree that was skipped.

Only if you can get one of their approved evaluators to recommend ENEB as regionally accredited

That's right, it may already work as ECE evaluated an ENEB Project Management as a 4 year Bachelors degree (or a honors/4th year or final year of the Bachelors - similar to how NARIC Belgium evaluated them as an advanced Bachelors). Depending on the courses coming in, it should "hit" the 24 credit requirement, if all of the courses are transferable into the degree...
