That's right, it may already work as ECE evaluated an ENEB Project Management as a 4 year Bachelors degree (or a honors/4th year or final year of the Bachelors - similar to how NARIC Belgium evaluated them as an advanced Bachelors). Depending on the courses coming in, it should "hit" the 24 credit requirement, if all of the courses are transferable into the degree...
