Quote:Further GGU is ONLY approved to offer the DBA ON-Site. This Upgrad thing is problematic IMHO, and could be argued as not actually accredited. Of course GGU offering and delivering an unapproved program can get them in big trouble.
I understand being cautious, but your accusations on GGU don't seem to have any merit.
The WASC link you posted shows WASC approved GGU's "Doctor Of Business Administration" beginning 2022. That's definitely the Upgrad degree offering. In other words, I don't think they're hiding anything from WASC. Also, the GGU / Upgrad partnership is plastered all over GGU's website so WASC would have to be extra stupid not to have noticed it during their visit.
I would expect this type of bashing on unaccredited or for-profit degree mills. GGU is an actual private non-profit regionally accredited university with over a 100 year history. GGU also has a strong local reputation in a major market. Look at their impressive alumni base: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Go...ity_people. Do you think South College has the same alumni reach? Unless WASC actually pulls GGU's accreditation, what you are saying is pure speculation at this point.
