The BA major in Accounting, BABA with concentration in Accounting, or the BLS with an Accounting minor. So, each state is different, the requirements may vary from 18 for the minor, 24 for the concentration, 30 for the major or something along the lines, you want to also see if you can take additional courses that will help you in that CPA/profession, you can add a minor to bump up the credits to 150 to reach your goal.

Thanks for the advice! My situation is little bit complicated, I am from California but currently living in Ohio because of family reason. But I might move back to California after few years, not sure when exactly, but California should be the state I would like to get my CPA license at. I plan to sit for the exam in Ohio (24 Business and 24 Accounting courses required), I am pretty sure I am already satisfy with the 24 Accounting courses, not sure if the B.A. Accounting at UMPI would satisfy the Business courses, maybe I should go with the BABA with concentration in Accounting and take 10 units Ethics courses that CA required.) Any prior post that you can refer me to look at for more information regarding this? Thanks again for your reply.
