It's wrong-but you just really have to have them fix this before you can see what you need to.

Thanks.  I have an email in to talk to an advisor.  Hopefully, that can resolve it.  I have emailed. Ms. Parks, so if I don't hear in a couple of days, I'll reach ut to her.

I spoke to Ms. Parls today and she said that I have met all of the requirements and she is sending an application for graduation.  Thank you for all of your help!

I just finished the BOG AAS. I had the same issue, the Degree Planner does not seem to work for the BOG degree. You have to reach out to the advisor, Ms. Parks, and they will confirm the requirements.
