Are there due dates or is everything just due by the last day of class ? Are you allowed to work ahead ? And if so how practical / difficult is it to do that.
Since you wanted a review, here it is. I graduated from the program in December of 2021. I was working as a data analyst before I started the program and needed the masters to make the transition to data scientist. I started applying to Data Scientist positions in March of 2022. I used my coursework as my primary study tools to prepare for my interviews. The interviews all went smoothly, and I received two offers (both remote, both 6 figures). I took one and have been a working data scientist ever since.
The degree costs $10K, my original company had a $5K tuition reimbursement, and there was a $2K tax credit. This was easily the single best academic decision that I ever made, next to deciding to take my first computer science course on a whim.
