The cheapest option I know of other than HAU.

I don't think we will know until someone finishes the program and submits transcripts. Looking only at course names, I see three with similar names. But it could depend on which program you choose and if there are spots for electives.

Yes. Maybe the general track will allow for all 5. Look forward for someone to try it.
