Most students don't take that option because having a Master's/MBA on your CV without a Bachelor's degree can be seen as "suspicious" by employers.
But ENEB's exception does make it possible to take the MBA and one or more degrees from them, then back-transfer those credits to a U.S. university for a faster/cheaper Bachelor's degree.
I think it depends on your personal circumstances. If you are already working at a company and you want a promotion no one will care about a Bachelor's degree but a MBA degree will be more helpful than not having a degree at all. Master's from ENEB are more like Executive MBA's not real MBA's.
