I'm waiting for their response regarding the residency waiver, I really need the graduation because I already enrolled in the master degree from UOC and it is going to start at the end of September 2023 so the TESU next graduation cycle is in September I need this diploma legalized and apostille to be recognized on time. I'm not sure if TESU do the apostille or is a third party is the one I have to contact to do this process, I found some info regarding this issue on this link.
