Final exam content vs course content/practice exams: Yeah it's exactly the same. Take the practice test and you'll have no issues deciding if you're ready for the final

Familiarity with subject before course: I have taken several psychology and education courses before
Pitfalls, high points, things others should know: There is a fair bit of memorizing which psychologist came up with which theory. Other than that, pretty simple
