I must have missed that post from Michael.
When they sent me the evaluation for approval, I returned it for revision, and noted that others were evaluated as 3.0 per class, and asked why mine was only evaluated at 2.31 etc. They returned it to me without revision, refused to change it to 3.0 per class, and told me they changed how they evaluated. I emailed another department about it and they never got back to me. What's done is done, but after misrepresenting the price they quoted me and that's listed on their website for an additional evaluation, and shaving off credits for me, but giving other students proper credit, I'm not happy with them.  

Stuff happens, sometimes it really is out of your control and you should go up the chain of command to get your voice heard, you may want to review this thread, I would recommend both email the person and private message them as well in regards to the issue at hand, they may be able to investigate further for you: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...#pid382257

Note: There was another evaluation agency that is a NACES member, they evaluated the credit as 2.5 each course, one of our members asked to have it revised and they got it done for 3 credits each without an additional fee.  I rather have it done from a NACES or AICE member instead of Validential if at all possible, you may want to review the ENEB WIKI (on my signature) to see which evaluation agency may be better.
