If you check out the program handbook (here), you'll see that each of the three courses comes with a certificate of completion...which you must pay for.
The handbook is two years old now, but the price at that time was $60 per certificate, making this entire program at least $180.
The learning may be free, but the certificates don't appear to be.
No need to apologize! Depending on where you live in the world, this might still be a program worth investing in!
I'm probably going to invest in it, since as of next month, I will be a resident of West Virginia!

MA in Cross-Cultural and Global Studies—University of Houston at Clear Lake
