Probably. My thinking was that they might charge 6K per semester and want that in full before you could start another semester, but having had some degree programs where they didn't take that approach it left me curious, especially since I stopped taking out loans for college programs after my first degree attempt many years ago and don't have as much of a grasp on the loan aspect as I did back then.
I like to make education plans for people who express the need, so the information I can gather helps. But, since the school won't answer to clear up some things, I won't recommend them again until they get a handle on communication.
