I'm sorry about my response regarding the ACTFL exam, lost it there. It was a bit humiliating to get an "intermediate" in your native tongue 
I think I'm finished with Sophia.
Made a GEC requirements table:

Only GEC requirements left are 1A, 1B, 1D, 2C & 4B, all of which are covered by English Comp I & II. And that is to be taken at UMPI.
Guess I will proceed to SDC since that will probably take me 2-3 months because of the "2 per month" limit.
And Coursera for the certificates of course.
Should any more electives be finished on Sophia, just in case?
