I Emailed ENEB specifically asking if there is any difference in the transcript or diploma if you use the test-out option versus the normal option. Their reply:
"The certificates and their value will remain unchanged. This method has been thoroughly evaluated and studied in collaboration with the University of Isabel I. Through our partnership, they have provided valuable assistance and worked closely with us to assess and develop the test. We can assure you that the certificates will hold the same value as our diplomas obtained through the completion of final projects.
The exam will be available from December 1st to April 30th, giving you the flexibility to complete it at your convenience. In the meantime, you can take advantage of this time to study all the content, practice with the quizzes, and prepare for the exam."
