International tentative TESU degree plan help

Opportunities like TESU or Excelsior simply do not exist in Europe to my knowledge.

There's Metropolia, where you can do 180 ECTS for ~600 euros, and finish the degree for cheap (or even for free) as EU citizen. Have you checked that option?

Non-EU people have to pay more than 10K euros for the last year, so it's not that great for Americans, unfortunately.
