The main issue you're going to have at TESU is that these credits are not applicable to most degrees. Like, the EDM credits - those can only be used as Free Electives. So that will eat up 18cr out of the 30cr allowed there. Then 9cr from UofPhx, and 9cr from DSST will overflow that area.
So, my thought is that Excelsior would maybe give you more space for those credits (they have a BLS that allows for 60cr of Free Electives), if they will bring those all in the same way as TESU.
UMPI will obviously be cheaper, but if you're struggling with CBE, then you may not want to go back. So that just leaves TESU and EU. My vote is to apply to EU and see what they say.
I might take a huge chunk of Sophia courses before applying though - and then send them all to TESU as well, to see what your degree will look like.
