For the time being, I wouldn't really look into the program unless you have a specific need for it that can't be found elsewhere within budget. It's similar to a mix/match type of offering they have (a practitioner/professional half & half), what really gets me is this: Dissertation (15,000 words research) - 90 ECTS

A Bachelors capstone course or even a Masters capstone would probably have more requirements of words than this dissertation. If you review a couple of threads/posts, I recall I mentioned EIU Practitioner's Doctorate is 5K Euro if you get the 75% off scholarship, and that degree requires a 50K word research paper.
