Yes, for both Excelsior and TESU, you should do all the credits you can with alternative credits through ACE & NCCRS.  You can also look for any RA institutions that may have cheaper classes to transfer into Excelsior/TESU.  Classes that can be done with Saylor.org, Sophia.org, Study.com, and StraighterLine can all be done first.  You can create a spreadsheet and link us to your one/google drive, make the file viewable, not editable, we can comment on what can be modified to make it better for you.
