They would have to develop a curriculum, hire professors, etc. None of which is free or low cost. Don't expect to see the DBA happening. I wouldn't be surprised if they're added to the long list of colleges closing. It's becoming a common occurrence unfortunately.

I don't expect them to expand their program. Their allergic to non-local people teaching. Even though Lynchburg has a huge college pool, their wages can't compete with Liberty. Until they decide to allow remote professorships and curricilum builders I think the DHA is the furthest they'll go.
