Whoops, I misread in my excitement. I thought ECE evaluated it as a regionally accredited Master's not a Bachelor's. Still, if someone's plan is, say, to be a public school teacher in most states of the US - they could for example use the Bachelor's evaluation plus a WGU or University of the People's Master in Education, or a state-approved 3rd party teacher education program, to go from no college education (assuming BECU let you in) to getting a US teaching license within 2-3 years from start to finish.
ENEB replied to me about the specialization certificates. They have no idea what I'm talking about. I double checked the campus website and the announcement about it is now gone off the front page, and I can't find it in the announcement history either - so it may have been some staff member posting it by mistake. I copy-pasted the announcement and Emailed it to ENEB and am waiting for a new reply.
I googled the worth of the NLP certificate, as well as the (taught in Spanish) "Coaching & Mindfulness" degree which includes a full subchapter on hypnotherapy. I found out that, economically, NLP and Mindfulness are worthless (you can get certificate education in them for $0-$7, and you don't need a license to practice them) but hypnotherapy is, in some US states, a licensed medical profession, and the license requires a certificate education on hypnotherapy to get (no clear demands on study hours or accreditation). As the hypnotherapy section in the ENEB degree is so small it doesn't even show up on the transcript, it wouldn't qualify anyone for a license, but this has piqued my interest and I will go create a separate thread on this.
