Since you are in NY, you may want to check out CUNY SPS. (around 5k)

Since you seem to be a high-performing student, Penn State World campus is another option though that costs $25k+

We haven't had anyone recently do PUG's business degree though their IT degrees are popular here (6k if you do it in 2 terms)
