There is no max for transfer credits, the number of 114 can be transferred into a TESU degree, 90 of those can be ACE/NCCRS, 30 must be RA. You can do two flat rate terms at TESU for 15+ credits for residency instead of paying the residency waiver fee. As per my link above, select 15+ credits, and you'll be good to go...
To be clear, you can transfer an unlimited amount of credits to TESU, just 114 of 120 will fit the degree... Out of 120, 90 can be ACE/NCCRS, 30 must be RA. I still suggest to focus on the BACS first and have the requirements completed, but also add the BSBA CIS if you have the energy/time to get things done, since you're focusing on Sophia.org, you can take classes that go towards both BACS & BSBA CIS requirements.
