I have gone to two different testing centers at two different colleges. At both locations it was I who had to select where the results would be sent to.
They would input information on their pc's and tell me to go to a specific one to test on. Upon sitting there I would have to input my name and it would pull up my designated info that the proctor had inputed, but where it was sent was never already selected.
