It really depends on what you want to do with your career.

If you want to do IT, starting from a CS degree isn't a bad way to go, but you're better off with certs than springing for a whole IT degree. A business degree, even with an IS concentration has the benefit of actually adding a lot of knowledge that is separate from CS.

If you want to be a software dev in the business space, then the business degree should help. If you want to do something more technical; embedded development, AI, CyberSec, etc... then I'd save the effort for a master's or other professional education.
