Testing center procedures?

Called the school. They were very nice but said that they needed to look into it and call me back so I am still waiting to find out whether or not I can schedule the next test. The good news is that they seem really open to working it out so you must be right, Snazzlefrag. This must be just some kind of misunderstanding.

But now I am wondering, even though they had the results of my first 3 tests sent to them, CLEP is the only agency that I will need to request a transcript from when I matriculate later this year, right? I hope that's not a stupid question. I just don't know how the school side of things works. :confused:
