You should do that exam now if at all possible by clicking Moodle links, failing that, you can also email the academic advising team or actually give them a call when they're open first thing in the morning to see what you can do.  Depending on your current grades, hopefully it won't impact you too much.  What was your final grade last year?  What is it currently now?

Thank you for your response. Turns out I was confusing the ETS exam with the proficiency profile! I was able to complete and submit the profile.

To answer your question, I ended up withdrawing from the Capstone last year after completing about 60% of the course due to some medical issues.
