Is the "AP Statistics" course on ALEKS the course that's ACE approved?

No, go under "ADULT" list not K-12 list (its more down toward the bottom). If you go back in this thread, you'll see a list of all the ACE approved classes- I think the stats is called Intro Stats. The material is probably very very very much the same. If you already started AP stats, just switch. You'll do a new assessment. It won't cost anything extra.
