He was too senile to run 4 years ago.  He's way worse now.  I suspect he is close to death.  His brother Frank said as much and we are told his brother is a drunken fool.

Want the conspiracy version?  The assassination failed so Joe had to go.  I don't know if it goes that far or if it is the SOP of the Democratic backroom boys, the ones that selected Hillary over Bernie in 2016 and Joe over Bernie in 2020.  The ones that can take thousands of Biden delegates and turn them into Harris delegates over night.
