I understand you got the answer you needed, but having credits "taken away" from a college isn't a thing. When you transfer credits, they don't actually move, the new school merely accepts them towards their own degree requirements. You're free to transfer them again another school, or return to the school you originally earned them from and use them there. Each time you use those credits at another school, including applying to grad school, you go back to the original school for the transcript.
