I don't have any experience with UMPI, but Excelsior University's BS in Liberal Arts was excellent. Unfortunately, I'm sure things have changed since I attended. After briefly looking at your coursework, you will need approximately 30 upper-level credits (300 or higher) for most of these nontraditional bachelor's degrees, even though you appear to have 120 credits.
